The Foundation is excited to partner with Concur to offer a California Public Contract Code-compliant agreement for a business travel and expense management software solution. Concur takes community colleges of all sizes beyond automation to a completely connected spend management solution encompassing travel, expense, invoice, compliance and risk.

Common struggles California Community Colleges deal with on a regular basis:

  • Travel request process takes too long
  • The business office is often unaware of a trip until they see an expense reimbursement request
  • Keeping track of paper receipts is painful for the end user and the business office
  • Travelers spend college money on non-travel items, which is usually not only a separate process but often involves another system

Join Concur for a free webinar on February 28, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific, to learn how Concur helps colleges see spending clearly and manage it proactively.
