Proposal Deadlines and Other Due Dates*

• Associate member workshop proposals usually are due by June 30 each year.
• Open-call workshop proposals (and Biz Table Talk proposals, if scheduled that year) usually are due by December 30 each year.
• If your workshop proposal (or Biz Table Talk proposal, if scheduled that year) is accepted, final speaker confirmation usually is due by January 30 each year with final presentation materials usually due in mid-March.
